What the tiers mean — choosing a Prover
APROVE

An Associate works under supervision. Suitable where a certified Prover oversees the engagement; not engaged to sign off independently.

CPROVE

A Certified Prover practises independently. This is the tier most clients engage directly: authorised to conduct and confirm a PIE assessment without supervision.

FPROVE

A Fellow is a senior practitioner who also supervises others and refines the methodology. Suited to complex, multi-sector or precedent-setting work.

SPROVE

A Senior Prover has shaped the profession itself. Engaged where institutional weight or methodological authority is needed.

What "independent" guarantees

Every listed Prover is independent of the work they verify. They did not do the improving, do not sell the outcome, and earn nothing from how it is later used. Their conclusion answers only to the evidence.

What "standing" tells you

Good standing means current, certified and unencumbered. Conditions apply means the Institute has placed a limit on the Prover's practice — engage only with that condition understood.
